The invention discloses a ceramic glaze color fixative and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic glaze color fixative is prepared by taking strontium oxide and barium sulfate as main materials andtaking an oxide of silicon, ammonia water, alum, kaolin and other substances as auxiliary materials through high-temperature sintering. The viscosity ofglaze color under the high-temperature condition is adjusted through the effective components of the ceramic glaze color fixative, and the situation that after the glaze color is molten at the high temperature, flowing or volatilization occurs dueto insufficient viscosity, and the pigment coloring effect is affected is prevented. And meanwhile, a fluxing effect is achieved during high-temperature sintering of glaze, so that the ceramic sintering temperature is reduced. The ceramic glaze color fixative can effectively prevent the phenomena of falling, cracking, fading and the like of the glaze color at high temperature, and ensures that the glaze color is uniform, bright and fadeless.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷釉彩护色剂及其制备方法,所述陶瓷护色剂以氧化锶和硫酸钡为主,辅以硅氧化物、氨水、明矾和高岭土等物质,高温烧结后制备得到。本发明通过陶瓷护色剂的有效成分调节釉彩高温条件下的黏度,防止釉彩高温下熔融后因黏度不足而出现流淌或挥发等影响颜料呈色效果。同时还对釉彩高温烧结时有助熔作用,从而减少陶瓷烧结温度。本发明所述陶瓷釉彩护色剂能够有效的防止釉彩在高温下发生脱落、龟裂及褪色等现象,保证釉彩的色彩均匀,釉色鲜艳,不褪色。
