The invention provides a secondarily sintered microcrystalline ceramic glaze, a preparation method thereof and a microcrystalline ceramic glazed brick, and the method comprises the following steps: proportioning according to a predetermined raw material formula, and then carrying out ball milling to obtain glaze powder; calcining the glaze powder material to obtain a sintered material; the materials are mixed according to a preset microcrystal ceramic glaze formula and ground into glaze slip, and the microcrystal ceramic glaze formula comprises the sintered material; and applying the glaze slip to a green brick, and carrying out secondary calcination to obtain the microcrystalline ceramic glaze. Microcrystals in the microcrystalline ceramic glaze prepared by the invention are formed during primary sintering and cannot be completely fused during secondary sintering, and the process of first fusing and then devitrification is not needed, so that the influence of kiln temperature is extremely small, the firing range is wide, and the stability of production is facilitated.
本发明提供了一种二次烧结的微晶陶瓷釉及其制备方法、微晶陶瓷釉砖,方法包括:按照预定的原料配方配料后进行球磨,得到釉粉料;对所述釉粉料进行煅烧,得到烧结料;按照预定的微晶陶瓷釉配方进行混合配料,并研磨为釉浆,所述微晶陶瓷釉配方中包括所述烧结料;将所述釉浆施加至砖坯后进行二次煅烧,得到微晶陶瓷釉。本发明制得的微晶陶瓷釉中的微晶,在首次烧结时即形成,二次烧结时也不会完全熔融,不需要经过先熔融再析晶的过程,因此,受窑炉温度的影响极小,烧成范围宽,有利于生产的稳定性。
