Assembly type intelligent vibration isolator
The invention discloses an assembly type intelligent vibration isolator. The assembly type intelligent vibration isolator is used for floating support of a floating slab track in the vertical direction. The assembly type intelligent vibration isolator comprises an inner barrel assembly and the outer barrel assembly which are arranged in a sleeved mode in the vertical direction. The upper end of the outer barrel assembly and the floating slab track are integrally formed. The inner barrel assembly is sleeved with the outer barrel assembly, the lower end of the inner barrel assembly extends out of the lower end of the outer barrel assembly and then is used for being connected with a track foundation, and the inner barrel assembly is used for supplying elastic supporting force and hydraulic damping force for telescopic arrangement of the outer barrel assembly in the vertical direction so as to conduct floating supporting on the floating slab track in the vertical direction to reduce vibration. The assembly type intelligent vibration isolator further comprises a vibration energy conversion device. The vibration energy conversion device is arranged in the outer barrel assembly and connected with the inner barrel assembly, and is used for absorbing vibration energy generated by the inner barrel assembly under the action of the outer barrel assembly, converting the vibration energy into electric energy and storing the electric energy so as to supply power to low-power electrical apparatus elements along the floating slab track.
