The flatness of the structural layer can be effectively improved through continuous paving; the two layers are continuously paved in a short time, so that the bonding between the two layers of water stabilizers is enhanced, an upper and lower integrated integral plate is conveniently formed, layered curing is not needed, the interlayer bonding process and materials are simplified, and the continuous line production of the base layer is realized at one time.
