Full-width seamless integrally-formed asphalt paving method for old road extension
The invention provides a full-width seamless integrally-formed asphalt paving method for old road extension. An anti-segregation paver is adopted to pave an old road and a new road at the same time toform a straight slope structure; in the asphalt paving process, the discharging amount of two spiral pavers is adjusted according to the paving thickness difference of an old road and a new road, themain vibration amplitude and the auxiliary vibration amplitude of the anti-segregation paver are adjusted to enable the transverse compactness to be uniform and consistent, and the full-width longitudinal-joint-free integrally-formed asphalt pavement is achieved. Compared with an existing process of paving by multiple pavers in parallel, the problems of different elevations of new and old pavements, different settlement of the old pavements and poor transverse and longitudinal flatness which are commonly seen in four-to-eight changes in highway reconstruction and extension projects are solved. The transverse straight slope and the longitudinal seamless reconstructed and expanded expressway are built in the true sense, the design initial intention of the cross section straight slope is achieved, and the paved road surface is smooth in drainage, comfortable in driving, safe, durable and capable of achieving resource utilization. Efficiency is high and quality is good.
本发明提供了一种用于旧路扩建的全幅无缝整体成型沥青摊铺方法,采用一台抗离析摊铺机对老路和新路同时摊铺形成一字坡结构,在沥青摊铺过程中,根据老路和新路的摊铺厚度差异分别调整两个螺旋摊铺器的出料量,并调整抗离析摊铺机的主振捣振幅、副振捣振幅使横向密实度均匀一致,实现全幅无纵缝整体成型沥青路面。与现有的多台摊铺机并铺的工艺相比,解决了高速公路改扩建工程中,四改八常见的新旧路面高程不一,旧路面沉降不一,横向、纵向平整度差的难题。打造了真正意义的横向一字坡、纵向无接缝的改扩建高速公路,实现横断面一字坡设计初衷,使铺装的路面排水畅通,行车舒适,安全耐久,资源利用。效率高、质量好。
