The invention discloses a road asphalt paving device, and relates to the technical field of road asphalt paving. The road asphalt paving device comprises a processing box, wherein a push handle and amovable wheel are arranged on the processing box; baffle blocks are fixedly arranged in the processing box; a feeding cavity is arranged between the baffle blocks; the feeding cavity communicates witha charge hole in the top of the processing box; the charge hole communicates with a mixing assembly below, and the mixing assembly communicates with a heating assembly below; a transfer cavity is arranged below the heating assembly; a cushion block is fixedly arranged in the transfer cavity which communicates with a paving box at one side; and a leveling assembly is further arranged at one side of the processing box; and the mixing assembly can stir asphalt by many times, thereby improving mixing effect of asphalt. Besides, the paving box can be arranged for paving asphalt on ground with goodpaving effect; and the leveling assembly can achieve leveling effect to further improve asphalt paving effect.
