The invention relates to a flood control fence device. The device comprises a base and a storage body placed in the base, wherein a body of the storage body is mainly formed by a multi-bag-cavity structure made of flexible materials, a bag cavity of the body comprises at least one inflation layer and at least one filling layer, a small channel hole for enabling the outside to communicate with thefilling layer is formed in the surface body of the inflation layer, the small channel hole does not communicate with the inner side of the inflation layer, filling holes are formed in the uppermost portion of the filling layer, the filling layer can be filled with high-molecular material with high hydrophilicity through the filling holes, and after water invades the high-molecular material, the high-molecular material absorbs water to form a fence blocking reinforcing layer. The device is small in size, convenient to transport and install and high in unfolding speed, after the filling layer absorbs the water along with rising of the water level, the high polymer material with the high hydrophilicity fills the filling layer for water absorption expansion saturation, the blocking capacity ofa fence can be reinforced, the height of the storage body can be reserved, and the filling layer can be filled with more high-hydrophilicity high polymer material along with rising of the water level, so that the height and the strength of the fence are improved, and the effect of preventing sudden flood is achieved.
