The long spiral press-grouting concrete pile pile hole is formed by using a long spiral drilling machine, and the hole-forming diameter is greater than or equal to 300 mm. After the hole is formed, the hole is subjected to press-grouting concrete. Under the condition of the use amount of anchor rod reinforcements in same areas, a characteristic value of the uplift bearing capacity of the PSB finish rolling screw steel anti-floating anchor rod structure is 2.0-2.5 times higher than the characteristic value of the uplift bearing capacity of a HRB reinforcement anti-floating anchor rod structure. Moreover, the construction process of the PSB finish rolling screw steel anti-floating anchor rod structure is simplified, and the construction time is saved.
