The anti-floating anchor rod comprises an anchor hole formed in a soil body, wherein the anchor hole comprises an enlarged-head section and a non-enlarged-head section, the diameter of the enlarged-head section is larger than that of the non-enlarged-head section, the PSB finish rolling thread steel is arranged in the anchor hole, a grouting body is poured between the anchor hole and the PSB finish rolling thread steel, the lower end of the PSB finish rolling thread steel sequentially penetrates through the non-enlarged-head section and the enlarged-head section and is arranged at the bottom of the enlarged-head section, and the upper end of the PSB finish rolling thread steel penetrates out of the non-enlarged-head section and is located in a foundation of a building; and the top of the PSB finish rolling thread steel is provided with an anchor plate.
