Attached-wall structure column construction method for architectural engineering
The invention relates to an attached-wall structure column construction method for architectural engineering, and belongs to the architectural field. Through the universal design and industrialized volume production of structure column cement formworks, the manufacturing cost of the cement formworks is reduced; by using openings of the structure column cement formworks, wrapping of structure column steel bars with the cement formworks is completed; by using the structure column cement formworks, wall blocks and binding strength of motor between the structure column cement formworks and the wall blocks, the lateral pressure generated during concreting of structure columns is borne; and due to the application of the non-removal structure column cement formworks, synchronous construction of the structure columns and the wall blocks is achieved. The construction processes, such as installation and concreting of the structure column formworks, can be completed only depending on masonry workers, and the construction processes are omitted, such as binding of slurry sealing strips at the edges of the structure columns, formwork installation depending on formwork fixers, concreting depending on concreters, formwork removal depending on the formwork fixers and chiseling and repairing depending on the concreters. The construction progress is greatly expedited, the loss and waste of the formworks are eliminated, and the rubbish generated after formwork removal is not generated.
本发明涉及一种建筑工程附墙构造柱施工方法,属于建筑领域。利用构造柱水泥模板的通用设计和工厂化批量生产,降低水泥模板的制作成本;利用构造柱水泥模板的敞口完成水泥模板与构造柱钢筋的包裹;利用构造柱水泥模板与墙体砌块以及自身之间的砂浆粘结强度,承受构造柱混凝土浇筑时所受的侧压力;通过该免拆模构造柱水泥模板的应用,实现了构造柱与墙体砌块的同步施工,可仅依靠砌筑工人完成构造柱模板安装、混凝土浇筑的施工工序,取消了传统构造柱施工工艺必须的构造柱边缘封浆板条的粘接、模板工模板安装、混凝土工浇筑、模板工模板拆除、混凝土工剔凿修补等施工工序,大大加快了施工进度,消除了模板损耗、浪费和拆模后的垃圾。
