The invention discloses a concrete pouring vehicle. The concrete pouring vehicle comprises a vehicle chassis, a stirring unit and a concrete output device; driving wheels are arranged at the bottom ofthe vehicle chassis; the stirring unit is arranged at the top of the vehicle chassis, and comprises an outer shell, a stirring rod, a shell drive motor and a stirring rod drive motor; the outer shellis arranged on the top of the vehicle chassis; the shell drive motor is connected to the outer shell through a transmission shaft, and can drive the outer shell to rotate; the stirring rod is arranged inside the outer shell; one end of the stirring rod extends out of the outer shell; and the stirring rod drive motor is connected to the stirring rod and can drive the stirring rod to rotate. Various materials in a pouring truck can be sufficiently stirred to achieve uniform spraying of pouring slurry.
