The invention relates to a data center machine room of multistage refrigeration. The data center machine room comprises a first cabinet row provided with a plurality of adjacent cabinets, a second cabinet row parallel arrangement with the first cabinet row and an air conditioner set, the second cabinet row comprises a plurality of adjacent cabinets, and the air conditioner set comprises a plurality of air conditioners arranged side by side, a first closed channel, a second closed channel and a third closed channel, wherein the first closed channel is located between the air conditioner set andthe first cabinet row; the second closed channel is located between the first cabinet row and the second cabinet row; the third closed channel is located on the side, deviating from the second closedchannel, of the second cabinet row; a ventilation channel is arranged below the data center machine room, and the ventilation channel communicates with the third closed channel through a hollow floor; and air outlets of the multiple air conditioners supply air facing the first closed channel to enable cold air to sequentially flowing through the first closed channel, the first cabinet row, the second closed channel, the second cabinet row, the third closed channel, the hollow floor and the ventilation channel. According to the data center machine room of the multistage refrigeration, the refrigerating efficiency of the data center machine room is improved.
