The preparation method comprises the following steps that S1, materials are prepared, specifically, an aluminum alloy material, a heat insulation material and a broken bridge strip are prepared, the heat insulation material comprises a filling material and a spraying and covering material, the aluminum profile is filled with the filling material, and the surface of the aluminum profile is sprayed and covered with the spraying and covering material; s2, aluminum profile preparation is conducted, specifically, an aluminum alloy material is heated to be in a molten state and then is subjected to extrusion forming through an extruder, and the basic shape of the aluminum profile is formed; the broken bridge aluminum profile has the beneficial effects that the formed broken bridge aluminum profile has good heat insulation performance by adding the heat insulation materials into the aluminum alloy, heat insulation materials are formed through the two layers of heat insulation materials to conduct heat insulation on the inner face and the outer face of the aluminum profile, and heat insulation is still conducted on the middle portion through a traditional heat insulation strip; and compared with a traditional broken bridge aluminum profile, the heat insulation performance is enhanced.
本发明公开了一种高隔热断桥铝型材及其制备方法,包括以下步骤,S1、材料准备:准备好铝合金材料、隔热材料和断桥条,其中隔热材料包括填充材料和喷覆材料,填充材料填充于铝型材内部,喷覆材料喷覆于铝型材表面;S2、铝型材制备:将铝合金材料进行加热,呈熔融状态后通过挤压机将其挤压成型,形成铝型材的基本形状;本发明的有益效果是:通过在铝合金中加入隔热材料使得成型的断桥铝型材具备良好的隔热性能,并通过两层隔热材料形成隔热材质对铝型材内外两面进行热量隔断,中间部分仍然采用传统隔热条进行热量隔断,使得相比于传统断桥铝型材隔热保温性能增强。
