The invention discloses a cast-in-place box girder steel pipe support dismantling device and dismantling method. The main framework comprises two main beams arranged in parallel and a plurality of coupled beams connected between the two main beams, and the length of the main beams is larger than the width of a cast-in-place box girder. The end frameworks are fixed to the two ends of the main framework and comprise end beams which are fixedly connected to the two ends of the two main beams in the same direction respectively, and a hanging rod for hooking a steel wire pulley hook is fixedly connected between the tops of the two end beams at each end. The winch is used for hoisting and dismantling a steel pipe support below the cast-in-place box girder, and a steel wire rope on the winch bypasses a steel wire pulley and is connected to the steel pipe support to be dismantled.
