Four brackets are fixed to the surface of a cast-in-place box girder body, an adjusting disc is rotated, the position of a supporting assembly is adjusted, a supporting frame is in butt joint with a positioning column, then a traction rope sequentially penetrates through a supporting disc, a supporting ring, a limiting pulley, a limiting hole and a circular ring, and the traction rope is slowly released through a winch; at the moment, the support body slowly moves downwards under the action of gravity, the traction ropes are integrated on one winch through the supporting assembly, the four traction ropes can be synchronously wound and unwound, and it is guaranteed that the support body is horizontal when disassembled.
