Transverse movement supporting system of precast beam erection construction machine and construction method
The invention relates to a transverse movement supporting system of a precast beam erection construction machine and a construction method. The supporting system is structurally characterized in thata plurality of sets of lattice type shaping jig frames are fixed to a concrete strip-shaped foundation below; the adjacent lattice type shaping jig frames are connected into a whole through connectingpieces; four steel pipe stand columns on each set of lattice type shaping jig frame are welded to two long double-spliced H-shaped steel main beams in the transverse bridge direction; and longitudinal-bridge-direction short H-shaped steel distribution beams are welded to the two long double-spliced H-shaped steel main beams in the transverse bridge direction at intervals, and a guide rail beam isfixed to the multiple longitudinal-bridge-direction short H-shaped steel distribution beams in the transverse bridge direction. A front supporting leg of the precast beam erection construction machine is placed on a front span cover beam, a middle supporting leg is placed on the guide rail beam based on the lattice type shaping jig frames, the precast beam erecting construction machine moves transversely to erect a precast box girder from one frame to the other frame, finally, half-frame erecting of the box girder is converted into full-frame erecting, and therefore full-frame erecting of thebox girder is achieved.
本发明涉及一种预制梁架设施工机械横向移动支撑系统及施工方法,支撑系统结构为多组格构式定型胎架固定在下方混凝土条形基础上;相邻格构式定型胎架之间采用连接件连接成一整体;每组格构式定型胎架上的四根钢管立柱焊接在沿横桥向通长的两根长的双拼H型钢主梁上;在横桥向通长的两根长双拼H型钢主梁上每隔一段间距焊接一纵桥向短H型钢分配梁,导轨梁沿横桥向固定在若干纵桥向的短H型钢分配梁上。预制梁架设施工机械前支腿放置在前一跨盖梁上,中支腿放置在基于格构式定型胎架的导轨梁上,预制梁架设施工机械通过横向移动,将预制箱梁从一幅移动到另一幅进行架设,最终完成箱梁从半幅架设转变成全幅架设,从而满足箱梁的全幅架设。
