The invention belongs to the related technical field of bridge construction, and discloses an urban elevated precast beam slab beam-feeding-free channel erection construction method which comprises the steps that a bent cap close to a precast yard is selected for precast beam installation, a crane is adopted for erection, and then wet joint steel bar welding treatment is executed; assembling a bridge girder erection machine, and installing a girder lifting machine at the midspan after assembling is completed; and transporting the precast beam to a beam lifter, lifting the beam to a bridge floor by using the beam lifter, and then transporting the beam to a bridge girder erection machine by using a beam transporting gun carrier to execute erection until the whole precast beam erection construction process is completed. By means of the method, the problem of erection of the prefabricated beams without approach bridges or bridge approach slopes can be well solved, a large amount of soil is not needed for building beam erection channels and conducting foundation treatment, and the method has the advantages of being high in efficiency, short in construction period, capable of remarkably reducing the influence of beam erection on ground road construction and the like.
本发明属于桥梁施工相关技术领域,并公开了一种城市高架预制梁板无喂梁通道架设施工方法,其包括:选择靠近预制场附近的盖梁进行预制梁安装,采用吊车架设,然后执行湿接缝钢筋焊接处理;拼装架桥机,并在拼装完成后于中跨处安装提梁机;将预制梁运至提梁机处,运用提梁机将梁提至桥面,然后采用运梁炮车运至架桥机部位来执行架设直至完成整个预制梁架设施工过程。通过本发明,能够很好地克服无引桥及无桥梁引坡预制梁架设难题,不再需要大量填土修筑架梁通道及进行地基处理,并具备高效率、工期短、显著减少架梁对地面道路施工影响等优点。
