The invention discloses an electronic board capable of displaying a geographic position and having a navigation function. The electronic board comprises a base and a stand column located at the top end of the base. An LED electronic indication board is arranged at the top end of the stand column. A shell is arranged at the top end of the LED electronic indication board. A first side plate and a second side plate are arranged on the two sides of the LED electronic indication board correspondingly. A horizontally and transversely arranged rotating shaft is arranged at the top end in the shell, and one side of the rotating shaft is connected with the output end of a rotating motor located on one side of the inner wall of the second side plate. Guide wheels matched with the rotating shaft aresymmetrically arranged on the rotating shaft, and pull ropes are arranged on the guide wheels correspondingly. The electronic board has the beneficial effects that the purpose of assisting and guidinga vehicle owner in driving is achieved, an electronic map of urban roads can be provided in real time, and a road planning scheme can be provided for pedestrians and vehicles in detail; dust on the surface of an outer screen of the LED electronic indication board is removed; and the cleaning effect is good, and dust cleaning is convenient.
