The invention discloses an intelligent water blocking and drainage device for an underground garage. The intelligent water blocking and drainage device includes a baffle disposed between walls on thetwo sides of an entrance of the underground garage, and is characterized by further including a driving mechanism, one end of the baffle serves as a vertically swinging overturning end, the other endof the baffle serves as a mounting end that remains stationary, the driving mechanism drives the overturning end of the baffle to swing up and down so that the overturning end has a first rotation position and a second rotation position, when the overturning end is at the first rotation position, the baffle and the wall bodies on the two sides of the entrance of the garage form a barrier to prevent water from entering, and when the overturning end is at the second rotation position, the baffle is flush with the ground to form a passage for vehicles to enter.
