The invention relates to the technical field of assembly type building construction, in particular to an assembly type building prefabricated part which comprises prefabricated concrete base bodies. The end face of each prefabricated concrete base body is provided with an outward protruding portion. The end face of each prefabricated concrete base body is further fixedly provided with an anchoringrib. The right end face of each prefabricated concrete base body is fixedly provided with a right anchoring rib. The protruding portions are arranged on the prefabricated concrete base bodies of theprefabricated component, on one hand, the protruding portions are used as the connecting faces for a formwork, and on the other hand, the width of a slab joint is increased, so that cast-in-place concrete easily enters the space between the protruding portions; and the end faces of the prefabricated concrete base bodies are provided with the anchoring ribs and connecting ribs integrally formed onthe prefabricated concrete base bodies, and after cast-in-place concrete is poured in, the integrity and strength quality of a floor are improved.
