Construction method for evacuation platform
The invention discloses a construction method for an evacuation platform. The construction method comprises the following steps that S-1, a T-shaped frame of the evacuation platform is positioned, theT-shaped frame is placed on a supporting frame, and by means of the supporting frame, the height of the T-shaped frame can be vertically adjusted, and the position of the T-shaped frame can be horizontally adjusted; and S-2, fliers of the evacuation platform are laid; S-3, a base is positioned, and steel bars are embedded; S-4, base die assembling is carried out; S-5, base casting is carried out,and the base is cast through a cement-based grouting material; and S-6, form removal and inspection are carried out. According to the construction method, an obsequent mounting method from top to bottom is adopted for mounting and constructing the evacuation platform, the T-shaped frame and the fliers are positioned and fixed firstly, then base casting is carried out, and meanwhile connection ofthe T-shaped frame and the base is achieved. The construction method is high in mounting precision, the labor cost is reduced, the construction quality is guaranteed, and the construction method can be widely used for the technical field of traffic ancillary facilities.
本发明公开了疏散平台的施工方法,其包括如下步骤:S‑1,疏散平台的T型架定位,将T型架放在支撑架上,支撑架可上下调整T型架的高度和平移调整T型架的位置;S‑2,疏散平台的踏步板的铺设;S‑3,基座的定位和植筋;S‑4,基座合模;S‑5,基座浇筑,采用水泥基灌浆材料对基座进行灌注;S‑6,拆模和检验。本发明采用由上而下的逆向安装方法对疏散平台进行安装施工,先定位固定T型架和踏步板,再进行基座的浇筑,同时实现T型架与基座的连接。本发明安装精度高,节约劳动成本,保障施工质量,可广泛应用于交通附属设施技术领域。
