The invention relates to a shared bicycle intelligent parking device and a control method thereof. A driving device enables an upper moving parking plate to move in the vertical direction through a transmission structure, and a clamping mechanism is located on the upper moving parking plate and synchronously moves along with the upper moving parking plate; the clamping mechanism comprises a firstclamping arm and a second clamping arm; the transmission structure comprises a first driving rod and a second driving rod which are arranged in the longitudinal direction; the upper moving parking plate is provided with a first arc-shaped groove, the top end of the first driving rod penetrates through the first arc-shaped groove to be connected with the first clamping arm so that the first clamping arm can be driven to move, the top end of the second driving rod penetrates through the first arc-shaped groove to be connected with the second clamping arm so that the second clamping arm can be driven to move, and thus, the clamping mechanism tightly clamps a shared bicycle when moves on the upper moving parking plate upwards or releases the shared bicycle when moves on the upper moving parking plate downwards. Shared bicycle parking spaces are not areas with lines any more and can be recognized by people more easily.
