The shared bicycle parking and taking control method comprises the steps that a user places a shared bicycle on the parking frame, when the first sensor transmits an in-place signal to the controller, the controller transmits a locking allowing signal to a bicycle lock, the user can lock the bicycle lock, then the bicycle lock transmits the locking allowing signal to the controller, the controller controls the lifting assembly and the bicycle clamping assembly to transfer the shared bicycle from the parking frame to the storage frame. The method has the effect of reducing road area occupied by the shared bicycle.
