The invention relates to a hydraulic lifting construction method for a steel inner cylinder chimney, which comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a support platform of a steel inner cylinder by using a steel inner cylinder concrete foundation, and uniformly distributing and firmly welding support platform upright posts along a concrete foundation plate; then a hydraulic lifting device is manufactured and installed, a lifting rod is pulled by a jack, the lifting rod pulls a bracket, the bracket supports an expansion ring, and the expansion ring drives the steel inner cylinder to move; a coaming device is manufactured and installed, and the steel inner cylinder part is transported and hoisted in place through the coaming device; and the cylinder wall lifting belt plates are assembled in an inverted mode, after the steel inner cylinder is lifted, the supporting platform is dismantled, the skirt base and the bottom cylinder body are welded, and the hydraulic lifting device is dismantled. According to the construction method, high-altitude operation is reduced, the construction quality is improved, and meanwhile the construction period is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种钢内筒烟囱液压提升施工方法,利用钢内筒混凝土基础制作钢内筒的支撑平台,支撑平台立柱沿混凝土基础板均布并焊接牢固;然后制作和安装液压提升装置,由千斤顶拉动提升杆,提升杆拉动托架,托架托动胀圈,胀圈带动钢内筒移动;制作和安装围板装置,通过该围板装置将钢内筒部件运输并吊装就位;采用倒装法进行筒壁提升带板组对,钢内筒提升完毕后,拆除支撑平台,将裙座与底部筒体焊接完成,拆除液压提升装置。本发明减少了高空作业,提高了施工质量,同时又保证了工期。
