Production method for preparing elevator balancing weight from solid waste
The invention discloses a production method for preparing an elevator balancing weight from solid waste. The production method comprises the following steps: the solid waste is crushed into particleswith the particle size within 1.5 cm through a crusher; heavy particles with the density of 1.2 g/cm<3>-2.0 g/cm<3> are separated out from the particles through a gravity separator; the heavy particles enter a harmful substance detection machine in batches to be detected, the batches, where harmful substances exist, of the heavy particles are separated from the system, and the batches, where no harmful substances exist, of the heavy particles serve as balancing weight raw materials to be conveyed to the next step to be treated; the components of the heavy particles, the iron powder, the sandstone and the cement are proportioned according to the requirements of balancing weight, a proper amount of water is added, and the raw materials are stirred through a stirrer to uniformly mix all the component materials; and the uniformly stirred raw materials are poured into a prefabricated mold, vibrating and compacting by using a vibrating bar are conducted, and solidifying and molding are carried out. Waste is turned into wealth by recycling solid waste, and meanwhile, the prepared balancing weight material is uniform in density and convenient to fill and use, and does not damage a prefabricated mold.
