The steel rail elastic supporting block comprises half bodies; each half bodycomprises a vibration reduction mass block, a friction vibration reduction module, a first connecting piece connected with the vibration reduction mass block, and an elastic filling shell wrapping thevibration reduction mass block, the friction vibration reduction module and the first connecting piece; a first through hole is formed in the end, away from the vibration reduction mass block, of thefirst connecting piece; a second through hole matched with the first through hole is formed in the friction vibration reduction module; the face, close to the friction vibration reduction module, ofthe elastic filling shell is provided with a first abutting part used for abutting against a rail plate; and the face, close to the vibration reduction mass block, of the elastic filling shell is provided with a second abutting part used for abutting against the rail web of a steel rail; a third abutting part used for abutting against the bottom flange of the steel rail and is located between thefirst abutting part and the second abutting part is arranged on the elastic filling shell; and a third through hole matched with the first through hole and the second through hole is formed in the elastic filling shell.
