本发明涉及一种上承式阻尼支承块及连续支承轨道系统与施工方法,通过在既有的无砟轨道扣件之间安装钢轨阻尼支承块,将非连续支承轨道系统改造为连续支承轨道系统,阻尼支承块具有与轨底适形匹配的轨底凹槽以及与轨腰侧面适形匹配的轨腰对应面;钢轨悬空段由内、外侧阻尼支承块支承。本发明可对传统扣件非连续支承轨道系统的动力特性进行改善,可有效提高减振降噪性能,减小短波不平顺,利于减小轮轨磨耗,延长轮轨寿命;使用本发明可使大量的城轨地铁小曲线半径钢轨短寿命状态可得到极大改善,能极大减少更换钢轨的维修工作量,延长小曲线钢轨的使用寿命,利于减小运维成本,提高运营经济效益和提高乘客舒适度。
