The adjusting and connecting structure comprises two adjusting pieces, wherein each of theadjusting pieces comprises a keel connecting piece and an adjusting disc; the keel connecting piece comprises a connecting plate, a clamping joint plate and a fixed plate; the clamping joint plate ispositioned at the bottom of the connecting plate; the fixed plate is positioned on one side of the connecting plate; the adjusting disc is connected with the keel connecting piece and is positioned at the top end of the connecting plate; adjusting graduation lines and locking nuts are arranged on the adjusting disc; the locking nuts are positioned at the circle center of the adjusting disc; the adjusting graduation lines are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction and the circle center of the adjusting disc; the adjusting disc is a circular disc; the two adjusting pieces are symmetrically arranged; and the two locking nuts are connected with a hanger rod. Compared with the prior art, the adjusting and connecting structure has the following advantages: mounting and adjustingoperations of the special shaped ceiling keel can be rapidly realized, the construction procedures are saved, and at the same time, the mounting quality is improved, the decoration cost is saved, andthe construction efficiency is improved.
