The invention provides a building roof rainwater collection and utilization system and relates to the technical field of buildings. The building roof rainwater collection and utilization system can simplify a water delivery pipeline network and greatly reduce the laying difficulty of a water delivery pipeline. The building roof rainwater collection and utilization system mainly comprises a roof greening device and a plurality of water tanks. The water tanks are arranged on the roof, and roof rainwater is collected by the water tanks together. Each water tank communicates with a water collecting pipeline, and the water collecting pipelines convey and shunt rainwater in the water tanks. Each water collecting pipeline comprises a main pipe and a plurality of branch pipes, wherein the main pipe communicates with the corresponding water tank, the branch pipes communicate with one corresponding main pipe, and rainwater in each water tank enters the corresponding main pipe and then enters thedifferent branch pipes respectively. The branch pipes supply water for the roof greening device. A plurality of guide pieces are arranged in the water collecting pipelines, and each guide piece corresponds to one branch pipe. One ends of the guide pieces are fixed to the corresponding main pipe, and the other ends of the guide pieces are positioned in the corresponding branch pipes. The guide pieces can achieve the function of guiding the water flow.
