The invention belongs to the technical field of garages, and particularly discloses a garage pipeline integration system capable of effectively reducing the storey height of the garage as well as a garage comprising the garage pipeline integration system. The garage pipeline integration system comprises an air pipe area, and an air pipe located at the bottom of a top structural component is arranged in the air pipe area; and an air pipe column supported at the bottom of the top structural component is arranged on at least one side of the air pipe, and an air pipe column or a garage outer wallsupported at the bottom of the top structural component is arranged on the other side, corresponding to the side provided with the air pipe column, of the air pipe. The air pipe column or the garage outer wall is arranged on the side portion of the air pipe to support the top structural component, the structural span of the air pipe area is greatly reduced, the thickness of the top structural component corresponding to the air pipe area can be reduced, and therefore the requirement for the installation height of the air pipe can be met under the condition that the storey height of the garage is integrally reduced, thus manpower, material resources and land resources can be saved, and capital investment of garage construction is reduced.
本发明属于车库技术领域,具体公开了一种能够有效降低车库层高的车库管线整合系统,以及包括有上述车库管线整合系统的车库。车库管线整合系统,包括风管区域,风管区域内设置有处于顶部结构构件底部的风管;风管的至少一侧设置有支撑在顶部结构构件底部的风管柱,与设置有风管柱一侧相对应的风管另一侧设置有支撑在顶部结构构件底部的风管柱或车库外墙。通过在风管侧部设置风管柱或车库外墙来支撑顶部结构构件,大幅减小了风管区域的结构跨度,进而可减小与风管区域相对应的顶部结构构件部分的厚度,从而能够在实现车库层高整体降低的情况下,满足风管安装高度的需求,因此可节约人力、物力和土地资源,减少车库建设的资金投入。
