The invention belongs to the field of buildings, and particularly relates to a garage structure facilitating arrangement of pipelines, the garage structure comprises a pipeline frame and a garage frame, the garage frame comprises prefabricated columns, prefabricated superposed beams, superposed beam prefabricated parts, cast-in-place beams and a prefabricated groove-shaped plate, and the two ends of the prefabricated groove-shaped plate are arranged on the upper sides of the two superposed beam prefabricated parts respectively; a pipeline groove is formed in the bottom of the prefabricated groove type plate, an avoiding groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the pipeline groove, of the prefabricated superposed beam, and the pipeline groove communicates with the avoiding groove; a trough plate cast-in-situ layer is cast in situ on the upper side of the prefabricated trough plate; a pipeline diversion channel used for pipeline passing is formed by the pipeline frame and the side edge of the garage frame, and the pipeline diversion channel communicates with the pipeline groove through the receding groove. According to the invention, based on the arrangement of the pipeline groove, the pipeline can be directly buried in the prefabricated groove-shaped plate, so that the influence of the pipeline on the height of the garage structure is reduced; and based on the arrangement of the pipeline shunting channel, the pipelines of the garage structure can be better guided and managed.
