Preparation method of recycled cementing material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a recycled cementing material, which comprises the following steps: (1) homogenizing waste calcareous powder and waste clay powder to obtain mixed powder; (2) carrying out heat treatment on the mixed powder to obtain activated mixed powder; and (3) uniformly mixing the activated mixed powder with an excitant to obtain the recycled cementing material.The preparation process of the recycled cementing material provided by the invention is simple, and the prepared recycled cementing material can replace cement and other traditional mineral admixtures, is directly used for preparing concrete or other cement-based materials, and has no influence on the compressive strength of the concrete or other cement-based materials. The method not only solvesthe problems of large stacking amount of waste concrete and harm to the environment at the present stage, but also solves the problem of insufficient high-quality clay resources, has good industrialvalue, provides a new thought for large-scale consumption of building solid wastes for preparation of mineral admixtures in the future, and has remarkable social and economic benefits.
本发明公开了一种再生胶凝材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将废弃石灰质粉体和废弃黏土质粉体匀质化处理,制得混合粉料;(2)对所述混合粉料进行热处理,得到活化后的混合粉体;(3)将所述活化后的混合粉体与激发剂混合均匀,得到再生胶凝材料。本发明提供的再生胶凝材料的制备工艺简单,且制得的再生胶凝材料能替代水泥及其他传统矿物掺合料,直接用于配置混凝土或其他水泥基材料,对混凝土或其他水泥基材料的抗压强度无影响;其不仅解决了现阶段废弃混凝土堆存量大、危害环境的问题,也解决了优质黏土资源不足的问题,具有很好的工业价值,也为今后大量消纳建筑固体废弃物用于制备矿物掺合料提供了新思路,社会效益与经济效益显著。
