Anti-freezing agent for pavement concrete
The invention relates to an anti-freezing agent for pavement concrete. The anti-freezing agent is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65 to 80 parts of ethyleneglycol, 18 to 25 parts of urea, 0.5 to 4 parts of triethanolamine, 15 to 40 parts of sodium chloride, 60 to 115 parts of a water reducing agent, and 280 to 370 parts of water. Compared with common concrete, concrete doped with the anti-freezing agent has the advantages that the winter construction effect is obvious, the increasing of the strength of the concrete can be kept at a low temperature;the anti-freezing agent can reduce the freezing point of free water, and the freezing point of a liquid phase in the concrete; in addition, due to the anti-freezing agent, non-frozen water exists in the concrete at a certain negative temperature, the concrete is protected from being frozen, certain strength can be obtained within a certain period, the ice crystals are dispersed, and the increasingof the strength is maintained.
本发明涉及一种用于路面混凝土的防冻剂,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的原料:乙二醇65‑80份、尿素18‑25份,三乙醇胺0.5‑4份,氯化钠15‑40份,减水剂60‑115份,水280‑370份,通过本发明提供的防冻剂,掺防冻剂的混凝土相比较普通混凝土而言,冬季施工效果明显,能够在较低的温度下保持混凝土强度的增长,混凝土掺防冻剂可以降低自由水的冰点,降低混凝土中的液相冰点,并使混凝土在一定负温下有部分不冻水存在,保证混凝土不遭受冻害并在一定时间里获得一定强度,使冰晶较为分散,从而能够维持强度增长。
