Liquid-state terminated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber toughened unsaturated polyester resin concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses liquid-state terminated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber toughened unsaturated polyester resin concrete and a preparation method thereof; the liquid-state terminated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber toughened unsaturated polyester resin concrete comprises the following components: an aggregate component A and a resin mixed liquid component B, wherein the resin mixed liquid component B comprises unsaturated polyester resin, liquid-state terminated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, benzoyl peroxide, N,N-diethylaniline and hydroquinone. The resin mixed liquid component B comprises the components in parts by mass: 100 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 5 to 25 parts of liquid-state terminated nitrile butadiene rubber, 1 to 4 parts of benzoyl peroxide, 1 to 4 parts of N,N-diethylaniline and 0.01 to 0.03 part of hydroquinone; the mass ratio of the aggregate component A to the resin mixed liquid component B is 100:(4.5-7.5). The liquid-state terminated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber toughened unsaturated polyester resin concrete has the advantages of favorable deformation resistance, favorable low-temperature toughness, excellent high-temperature stability, excellentwater stability, favorable compatibility and favorable storability.
本发明公开了液态端基丁氰橡胶增韧不饱和聚酯树脂混凝土及制备方法,包括以下组分:集料组分A和树脂混合液组分B,其中:所述树脂混合液组分B包括不饱和聚酯树脂、液态端基丁氰橡胶、过氧化苯甲酰、N,N‑二乙基苯胺和对苯二酚。所述树脂混合液组分B中,按质量份数计:所述不饱和聚酯树脂为100份,所述液态端基丁氰橡胶为5~25份,所述过氧化苯甲酰为1~4份,所述N,N‑二乙基苯胺为1~4份,所述对苯二酚为0.01~0.03份;所述集料组分A与所述树脂混合液组分B的质量之比为100:(4.5~7.5)。本发明具有良好的抗变形能力,低温韧性好,高温稳定性及水稳定性能优异,相容性及储存性良好。
