The invention discloses liquid-state nitrile butadiene rubber toughened unsaturated polyester resin concrete and a preparation method, wherein the liquid-state nitrile butadiene rubber toughened unsaturated polyester resin concrete comprises the following components: a resin component A, an initiator component B and an aggregate component C, the resin component A comprises a unsaturated polyesterresin, a liquid-state nitrile butadiene rubber and cobalt iso-octoate, and the initiator component B comprises methyl ethyl ketone peroxide and hydroquinone. The preparation method comprises: uniformly stirring and mixing the unsaturated polyester resin, the liquid-state nitrile butadiene rubber and the cobalt iso-octoate to obtain the resin component A; uniformly stirring and mixing the methyl ethyl ketone peroxide and the hydroquinone to obtain the initiator component B; and uniformly mixing the resin component A, the initiator component B and the aggregate component C to obtain the concrete. The liquid-state nitrile butadiene rubber toughened unsaturated polyester resin concrete has advantages of good deformation resistance, good toughness and strong high-temperature stability, and hasgood water stability under the action of high-temperature water coupling and low-temperature water coupling.
