The oil well cement for well cementation comprises, by weight, 41 to 43 parts of calcium oxide, 39 to 41 parts of silica, 9 to 12 parts ofalumina, 7 to 9 parts of magnesium oxide, 0.5 to 0.7 part of ferric oxide, 0.8 to 0.9 part of manganese oxide, 4 to 7 parts of sulfur oxide, 14 to 18 parts of fly ash, 3 to 5 parts of silica fume, 2to 5 parts of polyoxyethylene phosphonate, 1 to 2 parts of a fiber A, 1 to 2 parts of a fiber B and 1 to 2 parts of a fiber C. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the oil well cement for well cementation. The oil well cement provided by the invention has good compatibility with drilling mud, good formation quality and especially good strength.
