The invention discloses a preparation method of bismuth ferrite-barium titanate piezoelectric ceramic, and belongs to the technical field of lead-free piezoelectric ceramic preparation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking Fe2O3, Bi2O3 and BaTiO3 as raw materials, putting the weighed raw materials into a planetary ball mill for ball milling and mixing, and putting the mixed raw materials into a drying box for drying to obtain raw material powder; adding polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with the concentration of 2wt% into raw material powder to fully grinding and granulating,weighing 0.3-0.4 g of granulated powder, putting the granulated powder into a metal mold with the diameter of 10mm, and carrying out compression molding by using a manual tablet press to obtain a ceramic green body; and putting the ceramic blank into a muffle furnace, performing heating to 300-600 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours, discharging glue, then performing heating to 700-850 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 1-3 hours, and finally sintering at 950-1000 DEG C for 6-12 hours to prepare the required ceramic. The BiFeO3-BaTiO3 ceramic is synthesized through one-step roasting and sintering, compared with a traditional process, the processes of roasting cooling, secondary ball milling and the like are omitted, the preparation method is simple, the needed time is short, and energy consumption is reduced; and the BiFeO3-BaTiO3 ceramic which is good in crystallinity, uniform in component and compact in structure can be prepared.
一种铁酸铋‑钛酸钡压电陶瓷的制备方法,属于无铅压电陶瓷制备技术领域。所述制备方法以FeO、BiO和BaTiO为原料,将称好的原料置于行星式球磨机中进行球磨混料,将混合后的原料放置于干燥箱内烘干,获得原料粉。在原料粉中加入浓度为2wt%的聚乙烯醇(PVA)后充分研磨造粒,称量0.3~0.4g造粒粉料放入直径为10mm的金属模具中,用手动压片机压制成型,获得陶瓷坯体。将陶瓷坯体置于马弗炉中,升温至在300~600℃,并保温1~2h,进行排胶,然后升温至700~850℃,保温1~3h,最后在950~1000℃下烧结6~12h,制备所需陶瓷。本发明一步焙烧、烧结合成BiFeO‑BaTiO陶瓷,相比于传统工艺,少了焙烧降温、二次球磨等工艺,制备方法简单,所需时间短,节约能耗;能制备结晶性良好、成分均匀、结构致密的BiFeO‑BaTiO陶瓷。
