According to the method, the BF-BT ceramic is prepared from BF-BT powder, the volume ratio of the BF-BT powder to the ceramic matrix powder does not exceed 0.06, the thickness of a cast film is 30-50 microns, the textured BF-BT ceramic is finally formed by adopting a high-temperature sintering and high-temperature quenching mode with the temperature as high as 970-1040 DEG C, the formed ceramic has good piezoelectric property and texture degree, and the method is simple in process and does not need to add extra materials.
