Method for preparing light ceramic tile from graphite tailings
The invention relates to a method for preparing a light ceramic tile from graphite tailings, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the graphite tailings, kaolin, feldspar and an additive, and carrying out ball milling to obtain a powder; and (2) adding the powder obtained in the step (1) into a mold for molding, and calcining after molding to obtain the light ceramic tile. According to the invention, the components and properties of the graphite tailings are fully utilized, and a small amount of the additive is added to prepare the light ceramic tile with high porosity and good thermal insulation property. Furthermore, the prepared light ceramic tile is good in mechanical property and excellent in thermal insulation property, and can be used as a building thermal insulation material, a sound absorption material, a sound insulation material, a wall partition material and the like, and the additional value of the product is greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种利用石墨尾矿制备轻质陶瓷砖的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:(1)将石墨尾矿、高岭土、长石及添加剂进行混合,混合后进行球磨,得到粉料;(2)将步骤(1)得到的粉料加入模具进行成型,成型后进行煅烧,得到轻质陶瓷砖。本发明通过对石墨尾矿自有组分及性质的充分利用,通过添加添加少量的添加剂剂制备孔隙率高、保温性能好的轻质陶瓷砖。进一步地,所制备的轻质陶瓷砖不仅力学性能良好,同时保温性能优异,可作为建筑保温材料、吸音材料、隔音材料、墙隔材料等,产品附加值大大提高。
