The invention provides a method for preparing ceramic tile adhesive heavy calcium carbonate filler from stone tailings, and the method comprises the following steps: (1) recycling and finishing the stone tailings, and removing mud blocks and miscellaneous stone impurities; (2) washing, selecting and airing the impurity-removed tailings until the moisture content is less than or equal to 0.5%; (3)feeding the air-dried tailings into a crusher to be crushed into stone seeds with regular shapes; (4) adding a filler synthesized from lignin and short fibers into the tailing ore seeds, and uniformlymixing and stirring; (5) uniformly conveying the mixed stone seeds to a ring roller mill by using a belt conveyor, dropwise adding equipment by using a feeding hole device, and dropwise adding a lignin dispersion grinding aid to the stone seeds in a balanced manner for grinding; and (6) arranging different corresponding mesh vibrating screens at the discharge port to obtain the 20100-mesh gradedbalance weight calcium particle filler. The method solves the key technical bottleneck problems of particle classification, particle reinforcement, grinding aiding dispersion and the like, the productmeets the quality technical requirements of the ceramic tile adhesive heavy calcium carbonate filler, resources are effectively saved and utilized, and environmental protection treatment is facilitated.
本发明提供一种利用石材尾矿制备瓷砖胶重钙填料的方法,包括:(1)将石材尾矿回收整理,清除泥块和杂石杂质物;(2)将除杂尾矿洗选凉干,含水率≤0.5%;(3)将凉干尾矿送入粉碎机破碎为形状规则的石籽;(4)在尾矿石籽加入由木质素和短纤维合成的填料,混拌均匀;(5)用皮带输送机将混拌石籽均匀送到环辊磨机,入料口装置滴加设备,将木质素分散助磨剂均衡滴加到石籽上进入研磨;(6)在出料口设置不同对应网孔振动筛网取得20‑100目分级配重钙颗粒填料。本发明解决了颗粒分级、颗粒补强、助磨分散等关键技术瓶颈问题,产品达到瓷砖胶重钙填料质量技术要求,有效节约利用资源,有利于环保治理。
