The invention provides a high-temperature molten slag pelletizing device. The high-temperature molten slag pelletizing device comprises a pair of rollers, a shell, a supporting device, a deslagging roll and the like. The roller pair is composed of two exactly identical rollers which are parallelly arranged, are tangent and rotate reversely. Each roller is composed of an outer barrel and an inner barrel, wherein a cooling water pipe is arranged in an upper half part of an annular cavity between the outer barrel and the inner barrel, a plurality of nozzles are arranged on the cooling water pipe,water in the cooling water pipe is sprayed to the roller through the nozzles, and the temperature of the outer surface of the outer barrel does not exceed 100 DEG C, so that it is ensured that high-temperature creep does not occur on a roller material; and a lower half part of the annular cavity between the outer barrel and the inner barrel forms a water cavity with a certain height water level.On the one hand, the device pelletizes high-temperature molten slag to recover part of heat. On the other hand, the temperature of a slag layer on the surface of each roller before the slag layer reaches the deslagging roll and is extruded, peeled and crushed does not exceed 850 DEG C, the slag has been fully cooled to a curing temperature, and the lowest cooling rate of the slag is greater than 60 DEG C/s, so that the demand on rapid quenching is met.
