PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molten slag treatment device and a method for treating molten slag capable of treating molten slab without blowing surplus gas.SOLUTION: Provided is a molten slag treatment device comprising: an injection apparatus of projecting solid particles to molten slag flowing down from a slag ladle or a slag trough; and an introduction tube of taking-in slag particles produced by the collision between the solid particles and the molten slag so as to be scattered and slag-stuck solid particles as the particles in which the slag is stuck to the surfaces of the solid particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
