Precast slab connecting structure for road and bridge construction
The invention discloses a precast slab connecting structure for road and bridge construction. The structure comprises a precast slab body and further comprises a plurality of truss assemblies and a positioning structure. Each truss assembly comprises an upper chord steel block, a lower chord steel block and two steel webs, the two steel webs intersect with each other to form a left inclined web inclining leftwards and a right inclined web inclining rightwards, and the two ends of the left inclined web and the two ends of the right inclined web are hinged to the upper chord steel block and thelower chord steel block respectively. The precast slab body and all the truss assemblies form an integral truss structure. After the truss assembly and the precast slab body are combined into the integral truss structure, the bending moment borne by the precast slab body at the hinge joint is effectively converted, the shear strength of the hinge joint connecting part of the precast slab is greatly improved, the service life of the structure is prolonged, and the maintenance cost is indirectly reduced.
本发明公开一种道桥施工预制板连接结构,包括预制板本体,还包括若干桁架组件以及定位结构;所述桁架组件包括上弦钢块、下弦钢块以及两块钢腹板,两块钢腹板相互交叉后形成向左倾斜的左斜腹板和向右倾斜的右斜腹板,左斜腹板、右斜腹板的两端分别与上弦钢块和下弦钢块铰接;所述预制板本体和所有的桁架组件组成整体桁架结构。本案中的桁架组件与预制板本体组合成为一个整体桁架结构以后,有效的转化了预制板本体在铰缝处所受得弯矩,极大的提高了预制板铰缝连接部位的抗剪强度,延长了结构使用寿命,间接降低了维护成本。
