The bridge construction cement prefabricated slab structure comprises a prefabricated slab body, positioning grooves are formed in the positions, close to the top and the bottom, of the left side of the prefabricated slab body, two first cavities are formed in the position, close to the left side, of the prefabricated slab body, and the two first cavities are located on the right sides of the two positioning grooves correspondingly; when the prefabricated slab is used, through mutual cooperation of a threaded rod, a threaded block, a square rod, a square hole round pipe, a limiting ring, a T-shaped rod, a second spring and hand-cranking wheels, the two hand-cranking wheels can be pulled to extend to the outer side of the prefabricated slab body, the threaded rod is driven to rotate by rotating the hand-cranking wheels, and the threaded block is driven to move; and the threaded block moves to drive the L-shaped rod to be inserted into the inner cavity of the first blind hole in the positioning block of the prefabricated slab body on the adjacent side, so that the two cement prefabricated slabs are clamped and fixed, and the mounting efficiency is improved while the operation is convenient and fast.
本发明公开了一种桥梁施工水泥预制板结构,包括预制板本体,所述预制板本体的左侧靠近顶部与底部处均开设有定位槽,且所述预制板本体上靠近左侧处开设有两个第一空腔,且两个所述第一空腔分别位于两个定位槽的右侧,本发明在使用时,通过螺纹杆、螺纹块、方杆、方孔圆管、限位环、T形杆、第二弹簧和手摇轮之间的相互配合可拉动两个手摇轮延伸至预制板本体的外侧,并通过转动手摇轮带动螺纹杆转动,并带动螺纹块移动,螺纹块移动带动L形杆插入相邻一侧预制板本体定位块上的第一盲孔内腔中,从而对两个水泥预制板进行卡接固定,操作便捷的同时提高安装效率。
