Suspender mounting and tensioning construction scheme of highway-railway dual-purpose bridge
The invention relates to a suspender mounting and tensioning construction scheme of a highway-railway dual-purpose bridge. The scheme comprises the following steps: preparation before mounting of a suspender, mounting and tensioning of a fourth-span stiffening chord suspender for machine tool arrangement, mounting and tensioning of a third-span stiffening chord suspender, mounting and tensioning of a second-span stiffening chord suspender, mounting and tensioning of a first-span stiffening chord suspender, internal force adjustment and suspender mounting completion. Compared with an original design recommendation scheme through checking calculation analysis, the formal suspenders of the main bridge are constructed through a suspender span-by-span installation and tensioning method, and theline shape, the internal force, the stress and the like all reach the expected design target. By researching stiffening string erection and suspender installation technologies, the tasks of stiffening string installation closure, suspender mounting and tensioning and the like are successfully completed, multiple technologies are adopted for the first time in China, a good implementation effect isachieved in the scheme implementation process, large economic benefits are obtained, and reference value is achieved for similar projects.
本发明是一种公铁两用桥的吊杆安装、张拉施工方案:包括以下步骤吊杆安装前准备、机具布置第四跨加劲弦吊杆安装及张拉、第三跨加劲弦吊杆安装及张拉、第二跨加劲弦吊杆安装及张拉、第一跨加劲弦吊杆安装及张拉、内力调整、吊杆安装完成;通过验算分析与原设计推荐方案进行比较,主桥正式吊杆采用“吊杆逐跨安装并张拉”方法进行施工,线形、内力、应力等均达到设计预期目标。通过对加劲弦架设及吊杆安装技术研究,成功完成了加劲弦安装合龙、吊杆安装张拉等任务,其中多项技术属于国内首次采用,在方案实现过程中具有良好的实施效果,取得了较大的经济效益,对类似工程具有参考价值。
