Collaborative utilization method of construction waste in piled mountain landscaping engineering
The invention discloses a collaborative utilization method of construction waste in piled mountain landscaping engineering. The collaborative utilization method comprises the steps that regenerated coarse aggregate is used for gravel piles, engineering muck is used for a piled mountain body, regenerated fine aggregate is used for a horizontal drainage layer, large-particle-size waste stone is usedfor a slope toe back pressure layer, and pre-screened muck and the regenerated fine aggregate are used as a capping cover layer. The engineering characteristics of the different types of constructionwaste are fully exerted, the construction waste is utilized at different parts of the piled mountain landscaping engineering, and the problems of stability safety and water and soil conservation existing in the piled mountain landscaping engineering in the south of China are solved, wherein the problems comprise that (1) the load of the piled mountain body is large, and consequently soft soil foundation instability and differential settlement are prone to being caused; (2) drainage consolidation of the engineering muck with the high water content is slow, and consequently landslides of the piled mountain body are prone to being caused; and (3) piled mountain filling softening and vegetation layer scouring by rainwater are caused by rainwater infiltration. Through the technical scheme, theengineering muck piled mountain body in the southern region of China is piled high and stable, and meanwhile a way out is provided for the five types of construction waste.
本发明公开了建筑垃圾在堆山造景工程中协同利用方法,包括:再生粗骨料用于碎石桩、工程渣土用于堆山体、再生细骨料用于水平排水层、大粒径废弃石料用于坡脚反压层、预筛分渣土和再生细骨料用作封顶覆盖层。本发明充分发挥不同种类建筑垃圾的工程特性,在堆山造景工程不同部位加以利用,解决我国南方堆山造景工程存在的稳定安全和水土保持问题,包括:1)堆山体荷载大易造成软土地基失稳、差异沉降的问题,2)高含水率工程渣土排水固结慢易造成堆山体滑坡等问题;3)雨水入渗造成堆山填土软化及雨水冲刷植被层问题。通过本发明技术方案实现我国南方地区工程渣土堆山体堆得高、堆得稳,同时为五大类建筑垃圾提供出路。
