The invention relates to a construction method of an oversized artificial soil-heaping landscaping mountain. The construction method comprises the following steps: before soil heaping, clearing a surface vegetation layer and cutting a slope from a scarp in an early stage; filling a primary peak and a secondary peak of the terrain subjected to surface cleaning in a grading and loading manner; after the main peak and the secondary peak are filled, geotextile and geogrids are laid on the surface of the mountain; arranging a horizontal sliding resistant pile and a cantilever retaining wall; after the soil is piled to the preset elevation and reaches the specified settlement rest period, scattered block stone piling is conducted on the mountain body; setting a mountain drainage pipe network; performing landscape greening on the mountain; and in the filling process and after completion, the mountain and surrounding buildings are monitored. According to the method, rigid row pile control, multiple measures for drainage and whole-process monitoring are combined, meanwhile, urban construction waste is used as part of mountain piling filler, mountain piling engineering can be completed, the urban construction waste can be consumed, the engineering cost is saved, and urban problems are solved.
