The invention discloses a dock sludge dredging structure and a sludge dredging method thereof. The dock sludge dredging structure comprises a regulating device mounted on a dock, a lifting device mounted on the regulating device, a sludge dredging device mounted on the lifting device for clearing sludge, and an auxiliary device mounted on a stirring device for pushing sludge, wherein the sludge dredging device comprises a pair of fixed plates mounted on the bottom of a lifting plate, a moving assembly mounted on the bottom of the lifting plate, a reaming-cutting assembly mounted on the movingassembly for reaming sludge, and a scraping-cutting assembly mounted on a fixed plate for scraping sludge. The auxiliary device comprises transmission assemblies mounted on the fixed plate, and a first pushing plate and a second pushing plate mounted between one pair of the transmission assemblies. The dock sludge dredging structure overcomes the defects in the prior art, and provides a sludge dredging structure specially used for the dock, and solves the problems that an existing sludge pumping boat is relatively great, cannot comprehensively dredge sludge as operation cannot be performed anywhere, and is high in use cost.
