Intelligent control pressure-regulating water supply method
The invention relates to an intelligent control pressure-regulating water supply method. The method comprises the following specific steps that a water pump set pumps water to a user, a pressure gaugelocated in a main pipeline sends detected pressure to a controller, the controller adopts a PID adjustment and fuzzy control combined method, starting, stopping and the operation frequency of water pumps in the water pump set are controlled through a control cabinet, when the total flow of a main water supply pipeline is 60% or below, a traditional method is adopted for operation, when the watersupply amount exceeds the total flow being 60%, the first water pump M1 is started in a frequency conversion soft start mode, when the undervoltage condition still exists when the first water pump M1operates at full loads, the second water pump M2 is started in a frequency conversion soft start mode, the first water pump M1 is switched to the power frequency or operates at the same frequency as the second water pump M2, and operation is carried out to the last water pump in the mode. A method for estimating the flow by adopting the total output frequency of the water pumps is adopted to replace use of a flowmeter. Original constant-pressure time-phased quasi-real-time regulation is upgraded into intelligent pressure-regulating real-time regulation, and the output power of the water supplypump is controlled and regulated in real time according to flow requirements.
本发明涉及一种智能控制调压供水方法。具体步骤如下:水泵组将水抽出送往用户,位于主管道中的压力表把检测到的压力送到控制器,控制器采用PID调节结合模糊控制方法,通过控制柜对水泵组中水泵的启停及运转频率进行控制,当主供水管道总流量为60%以下时,采用传统方法操作,当供水量超过总流量60%,通过变频软启动第一个水泵M1,当第一个水泵M1满负荷运转仍欠压时,变频软启动第二个水泵M2,将第一个水泵M1切换为工频或与第二个水泵M2同频运行,依次类推至最后一个水泵。本发明采用水泵输出总频率来估算流量方法,以取代流量计的使用。由原来恒压分时段准实时调控升级为智能调压实时调控,根据流量需求实时控制调节供水泵输出功率。
