The invention discloses a system for clearing an urban drainage pipeline and transporting sludge. The system comprises a transport vehicle, a sludge and water separation device, a pipeline dredging device, a hydraulic system and an electrical control box. The interior of the urban drainage pipeline can be dredged through the pipeline dredging device, moving of the pipeline dredging device in the drainage pipeline can be controlled, and thus the dredging effect in the drainage pipeline is effectively guaranteed; the cleared sludge can enter the sludge and water separation device through a hose,through the separation effect of the sludge and water separation device, a solid part and a liquid part of the sludge are separated, the liquid part is left in the sludge and water separation deviceand sent back into the drainage pipeline, the solid part of the sludge is discharged through a discharge port to be collected, and then the collected solid part of the sludge is transported through the transport vehicle; and the transported sludge basically does not contain moisture, thus the volume of the sludge in the transporting process is decreased, and liquid in the sludge can be prevented from leaking in the transporting process.
本发明公开了一种用于城市排水管道清理及运输淤泥的系统，包括运输车、泥水分离装置、管道清淤装置、液压系统和电控箱；通过管道清淤装置能对城市排水管道内进行清淤工作，并能对管道清淤装置在排水管道内的移动进行控制，有效保证对排水管道内部的清淤效果；清理后的淤泥能通过软管进入泥水分离装置，经过泥水分离装置的分离作用，使淤泥的固体部分和液体部分分离，液体部分留在泥水分离装置内并回送到排水管道内，而淤泥固体部分通过卸料口排出收集，然后将收集后的淤泥固体部分，通过运输车进行运输，由于运输的淤泥中基本不含水分，因此不仅减少淤泥运输过程中的体积，而且能防止淤泥中的液体在运输过程中泄漏。
